The Queensland Government’s Play On! Sports Vouchers program helps Queensland kids aged 5–17 with the cost of getting involved in sport, with vouchers worth up to $200 per eligible child.

⭐ How it works with GCWP Juniors
Using your voucher is easy:
1. Get your Play On! voucher
Apply through the Queensland Government Play On! Sports Vouchers program.
2. Register for Gold Coast Junior Water Polo
Complete your child’s registration as normal and pay the registration invoice in full.
3. Upload your voucher during registration
When prompted, upload your Play On! voucher as part of the registration process.
4. GCWP redeems your voucher
We submit the voucher for redemption through the Play On! program.
5. We reimburse you
Once the voucher has been successfully redeemed, GCWP reimburses the voucher amount back to you. Our Treasurer aims to process reimbursements as quickly as possible, generally around a week after successful redemption.
⭐ What does that mean for the Junior Season?
For juniors registering for our Silver Train & Play membership, the 2026/27 Gold Coast Junior Water Polo season is $317.
This includes Wednesday training and Friday competition across Term 4 2026 and Term 1 2027, including Grand Final day in March.
With a $200 Play On! voucher, that brings your effective cost down to just:
$117 after reimbursement
⭐ Planning to play tournaments too?
Players who want to participate in additional tournaments or representative events may need to upgrade to a Platinum Junior Regional membership.
The Platinum Junior Regional membership is $144, plus the $250 GCWP season fee, for a total of $394.
With a $200 Play On! voucher, that brings the cost down to:
$194 after reimbursement

You DO need to pay the registration invoice in full first. The $200 is NOT deducted at checkout.
Upload your valid voucher during registration and, once GCWP has successfully redeemed it, the applicable voucher amount is reimbursed to you.
