Junior Events & Competitions
Gold Coast juniors have opportunities to compete throughout the season, from our regular Friday night District Competition to selected junior tournaments and events across Queensland and beyond.
⭐ FRIDAY NIGHT DISTRICT COMPETITION
Our 2026/27 junior season brings players from all around the Gold Coast together for weekly competition at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre.
When: Friday evenings from 4:30pm
Where: Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, Southport
Age groups: U10 • U12 • U14 • U16
Season: Term 4 2026 – Term 1 2027
⭐ JUNIOR TOURNAMENTS & EVENTS
Throughout the season, GCWP juniors have opportunities to participate in tournaments and events including:
• QLD Junior Countries – Rockhampton, December 2026
• QLD State Titles – Sunshine Coast, January 2027
• Banana Bowl – Coffs Harbour, February 2027 (U12)
• River City Rumble – Brisbane, 2027
• Australian Youth Championships – Brisbane, 30 March–9 April 2027

Tournament participation and team formation depend on player numbers, age groups and event requirements. Information and Expressions of Interest will be shared with families as opportunities are confirmed.
