GCWP Academy
Develop your game. Build your confidence. Have fun in the pool.
The Gold Coast Water Polo (GCWP) Academy, led by Matt Negline, gives junior players access to structured, high-quality coaching right here on the Gold Coast.
Wednesday sessions are where players learn, practise and improve. They’ll work on the fundamentals of water polo, understand the game better and, most importantly, enjoy being in the pool.
⭐ FROM TRAINING TO GAMETIME
What players learn on Wednesdays gets put into practice on Fridays.
Academy and the Friday District Competition work together. Wednesday is about learning and improving; Friday is the chance to play, compete and represent your district.
Academy is open to everyone, from beginners to experienced players. Players train and develop at their own level and pace.
