Gold Coast Water Polo U12 Fun 5’s 2025

Join us for an exciting Gold Coast Water Polo Fun 5’s event, specifically aimed at promoting the sport on the Gold Coast! The Gold Coast Water Polo (GCWP) committee is committed to growing water polo in our community, and this event is a fantastic opportunity for children to get involved in a fun and friendly competition.

Event Details

• Date: Sunday, 24th August 2025
• Venue: Gold Coast Aquatic Centre
• Atmosphere: Fun and friendly, encouraging participation and enjoyment of Water Polo.

Age Divisions

This year, we will have two age divisions, accommodating various age groups for both boys and girls:

• U10: Boys and girls born in 2015, 2016, 2017
• U12: Boys and girls born in 2013, 2014, 2015

What is Fun 5’s

• Teams max 8 with 4 field players with 1 goalkeeper
• Smaller field 20 x 16.
• No shot clock.
• No direct shots after a foul.
• Exclusions swim to the corner then back in.
